Exchange & Refunds
We will exchange or refund any item you are not happy with as long as the goods are returned in original condition within seven days of receipt.
Return postage will only be refunded if the item is faulty. We suggest goods are returned by registered post as we cannot refund items broken or lost during return transit.
If an item is damaged, or not as ordered, please inform us within 24 hours of delivery to arrange a replacement or refund.
Your statutory rights are not affected, including your right to claim a replacement where goods are faulty.
Postage is charged at £2 for up to 1 metre and is capped at £4 thereafter regardless of how much you buy.
Goods are all posted in the UK via Royal Mail 24 which generally provides a next day delivery service although do please allow up to 4 days from date of posting especially at busy times of year like Christmas. If you are outside the uk please contact me for a postage quote prior to ordering.
Orders are generally posted within 24 hours of ordering (excluding weekends) however if you need something urgently please do feel free to contact me to ensure it is sent ASAP. My email is firstname.lastname@example.org
Full payment is taken at the end of the checkout process.
During sale periods the processing time will be longer due to the volume of orders. The post christmas sale orders will not be processed until we re-open on the 2nd January 2019
